The organization Ya Hsin Industrial Co., Ltd. (YHI, Taiwan) was founded by the Chairman, Mr. Johnson Huang, started with plating business.
1979
Started the business in single-sided and double-sided PCB manufacturing.
1984
Started multi-layer PCB design and manufacturing.
1986
Started Flexible PCB design and manufacturing.
1990
YHi, Taiwan moved to current location in Taoyuan, Taipei because the business structure was expanded.
1991
Established the Switching Power Supply Division and started the design and production of power supplies and adapters.
1995
Ya Hsin Electronics (Dong Guan) Factory was established and started tye design and mass production of power supplies.
1998
YHi, Taiwan went public in Taiwan Market.
Ya Hsin Printed Circuit Board (Dong Guan) Co., Ltd. was established.
1999
An agreement between YHI, Taiwand and PCB Division of Matsushita Electronic Components Co., Ltd. was signed for transferring advance technologies of multilayer PCB.
2000
Established Ya Hsin Electronics (Dong Guan) Co., Ltd.
High-end OEM products, such as DVD player and medical VHS, are under mass production.
2001
A technical agreement was signed between YHi and Sony Neagari Co., Ltd.
An agreement for transferring the DVD player technical skills was signed with Sony EMCS Kisarazu TEC.
An agreement was signed for transferring the power saving technology on power supply and rigid-flex PCB between YHi and Electronics component Group of Sharp Corporation.
2002
Established Ya Hsin Electronics (Su Zhou) Co., Ltd.
Established the Optical Division and started the design and production of OED, Back-light TV, LCD Monitor.
ODM product for Consumer Market, such as DVD player and Home Theater, etc are under mass production.
2003
Established Display Device Division, designe and production of LCD-TV.
Established Research Devise Center, designed and production of
communication and computer related.
2004
Ya Hsin Electronice (Su Zhou) Co., Ltd. was strated using regularly in Suzhou China.
Headquarters was opening regularly in Nei Hu, Taipei.
